Creating a new language pack¶
Creating a new language package is a lot of work and your efforts will be greatly appreciated. Of course, you will be mentioned as the author. We are using an online language editor that allows individuals and teams to create and maintain language packs. The system and more information can be found here:
Request an account¶
If you want to create a new language pack, please send me an e-mail including the following information and don't forget to tell me, which language you are going to add ;-)
- Full name
- E-mail address
- Forum name
If you want to join an existing team, please contact those guys first and let them know that you are willing to help. If you have completed some files already, please send them via e-mail so I can import them into the database.
Find missing labels¶
You can use the TYPOlight development extension to find out whether your translation is up to date. Open the missing labels module and select the language you want to check.
